Managing Director of Islami Bank Bangladesh Limited is addressing at the inaugural function of a six day long training program on Managerial Function
 
The inaugural function of a 6 days long training program on ‘Managerial Function and Leadership’ organized by Islami Bank Bangladesh Limited was held on 10 September 2011, Saturday at Board Room of Islami Bank Tower. Mohammad Abdul Mannan, Managing Director of the Bank was present in the function as the Chief Guest. Presided over by ATM Saleh, Executive Vice President & Director General of Islami Bank Trainign and Research Academy (IBTRA), the function was attended by Abdus Sadeque Bhuiyan, Executive Vice President & Head of Human Resources Division, Md. Shamsuzzaman, Executive Vice President & Head of Business Promotion and Marketing Division and Kazi Kamrul Islam, Senior Vice President and Faculty Member, IBTRA. Managers from different branches of the Bank are participating in the program.

Mohammad Abdul Mannan in his speech as Chief Guest said that Islami Bank is the top Bank of the country; hence, the Managers of the Bank have to follow imitating dogma and policy. He said that we have to pave our own ways by using intuition, foresight and innovative power to take the Bank forward. He said that the Managers have to be pioneer in professional knowledge. He imphasized on giving correct idea to the clients about the mission and process of Islami Banking.

He said that our mission is to establish a Model of Islami Banking for the whole world. He called upon the Managers to take Islami Banking as the mission of life.

He also said that being inspired with the success of IBBL, seven Islamic Banks have been established in the country and many banks are conducting Islamic branches and windows. He called upon the Managers to inspire the manpower and clients to acquire knowledge about Islami Banking to continue the progress.
