Islami Bank Bangladesh Limited signed an agreement with LEADS Corporation Limited for establishing contact centre to provide IT-rich banking services. In presence of Mohammad Abdul Mannan, Managing Director of the Bank, Muhammad Abul Bashar, Deputy Managing Director of the bank and Sheikh Abdul Aziz, Managing Director of LEADS Corporation signed the agreement on behalf of respective sides on 24 April 2012 at a local hotel. Top executives of Islami Bank, Leads Corporation and Sysco Limited were present at the time.
The contact centre will facilitate the Bank’s clients with immediate services like account balance, account statement, fund transfer, utility bill payment, top up air time, debit, credit, remittance card inquiry and mobile banking, any sort of inquiry, application, request, complains and so on.
The contact centre will add new dimension to Islami Bank’s internal communication through remote virtual meeting, training, broadcasting etc. using IP telephony, video conferencing technology
