Reputed developers / businessman acceptable to the Bank.

Nature of Goods / Items

Construction of apartment / commercial building, Purchase of commercial space / building, renovation & installation of lift, generator, sub station etc.

Mode of Investment

Bai-Muajjal on revolving basis / HPSM

Period of Investment

Maximum 4-years for developers, maximum 8 to 10 years for construction of commercial building (purpose wise).

Rate of Return

16.00% or the Rate to be determined by the Bank from time to time.

Amount of Investment

For Developers 30% of construction cost. For construction of commercial building by individual person(s) other than developers 50% of construction cost but not to exceed Tk.150.00 million, For purchasing of commercial space / building 50% of cost price.



Age of Clients



Security

Registered mortgage on land / building / flat, Personal Guarantee(s) of client / directors, MSS / TDR as additional security etc.

How to Apply

Application Form shall have to be collected from nearest Branch of Islami Bank Bangladesh Ltd.
