Maximum 15-years but for commercial building maximum 10-years.
Rate of Return
9.00% or the rate to be determined by the Bank from time to time.
Amount of Investment
Residential building: Maximum Tk.20.00 million
Commercial Building: Any amount but not exceeding 10% of Bank's Equity.
Investment equity ratio 70:30
Minimum 21-years & Maximum 65-years. Age limit may be relaxed up to 70-years who has social repute, sustainable income, sound body & able successors. The proposal in such cases may be approved by the next higher authority.
Registered Mortgage on land & Building/Flat/Spaces. Personal Guarantee of Client and his/her spouse & adult son(s)/daughter(s).
